Well here are my 6 photos I choose. I feel i most likely do something like the first image in my last blog to theses images for my project.

This piece has a great composition with not too much negative space but enough to go with the elements in the piece. The colors green, orange, and brown work very well together. The piece is very vibrant in some areas but not so much in the negative space areas. The texture in this piece of David's work is very shiny and crisp. The shininess of the tree goes well with the colors.

I feel that identity is expressed in this piece in numerous ways. The artist shows that he is creative and is clever at putting together objects. He shows a body that has no legs and the neck turns into a tree trunk and at the top a tree is shown. This shows identity that he is just an observer like a tree. Trees walk no where and just stay put and that’s how he runs his life; with no legs he stays still too.

The colors in this piece are the first thing that grabs my interests. The colors seem all to be there, like a rainbow. This makes the mood of this piece feel very happy. The composition and space of this piece is mainly filled up by what seems to be a girl lying down. There are many lines in this piece; they help create the flow so as you follow the lines it leads to either end of the girl lying down.

Identity is portrayed in this portrait with the girl lying down and with the colorful colors it feels like she is happy. The colors help show that this girl is lying down and enjoying herself; like she is having a happy dream. The psychedelic feel to this piece is created by the shiny colors and the position the girl is in.

Like the last art work, this piece has colors that catch my eyes first. The yellows in the girl are first thing that I see as mainly blues surround her and that brings the girl out more than anything else. The composition is set up very nice. There are many objects floating around in the picture but they all keep a good balance in the piece as a whole. The texture of the piece feels very grainy, like an old black and white film that has the lines that run up and down.

The identity is displaying with the emotion of the girl I feel. She is very smooth compared to other grainy objects in the piece and it looks like she is praying. Those two things combined make her feel very humble and it appears she could be thinking very hard. The other objects could all be things she has seen or likes. The flowers, the buildings, and the car all give off a personality of the girl.
